About Quality Recording Solutions 911 Centers Anderson County 911 QRS was awarded the bid to supply the recording solutions for the 4 PSAPs in Anderson County Tennessee. The largest of the PSAPs being the Sheriff’s Office. QRS has maintained all 4 Eventide recorders since they were installed and has added some components to keep up with the changing technology in the PSAPs. Cobb Co 911 One of the largest metro Atlanta counties, Cobb Co 911 selected QRS to replace their Nice recording system. The solution includes two fully redundant Eventide recorders at their Primary and Backup dispatch centers. They have integrations to Viper, Motorola P25 radio, PremiereOne CAD, Rapid SOS, and more. The solution also includes two dedicated screen recording servers so they can see what was happening on the CAD screen while listening to the calls and radio transmissions. Pelham PD also uses an Eventide recording solution and is able to bridged into the Eventide recorder at 911 to be able to listen to radio traffic and their local phone recording with a single sign-on Naples Police Dept QRS installed two fully redundant Eventide DX recorders at Naples PD. The recorders are integrated with the Harris P25 radio system and VESTA 911 phone system. QRS monitors both system 24/7 to ensure they are always running at the optimum levels.
